Arlington Softball Baseball League in Arlington, TN provides baseball and softball experience for youth at many levels, where everyone plays competitively in every game. 

The objective of the Arlington Softball Baseball League shall be to implant firmly in the children of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority, so that they may be well adjusted, stronger and happier children and will grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.    

To achieve this objective, the ASBL will provide a supervised program under the Rules and Regulations of the Arlington Softball Baseball League.

All Directors, Officers and Members shall bear in mind that the attainment of exceptional athletic skill or the winning of games is secondary, and the molding of future citizens is of prime importance.

Throughout the program, the base paths are set to 50, 60, 70 & 90 feet depending on the level of play, pitching is done from about 46, 50 and 60 feet for baseball.  The distance for softball is 35 feet for 10U and 43 feet for 13U and above.

The Spring program runs from February through June, with tournament play for the higher levels extending into July. The program strives for competitive equity among teams at the 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U and 14U levels to insure a balanced experience for young players. The Fall season is an instructional program from August through October.
