Arlington Softball Baseball League (“ASBL,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what types of personal and other information we or our service providers may collect from or about you when you visit this website or when you communicate with us via e-mail or other means, and how we use, protect, and disclose such information.
The Information We Collect
We may collect the following information from or about you:
· Volunteered Information: This category consists of information that you voluntarily provide when you register a player with our league, submit a volunteer application, complete a sponsorship form, etc. Such information may include, among other things, your name, e-mail address, other contact information, driver’s license number, social security number, player’s name, date of birth, and school.
· Transaction Information: This category consists of information you may provide to ASBL or our service providers when you register a player, submit a sponsorship payment or donation, or as a result of your purchase of goods or services from ASBL. Such information may include, among other things, contact information, billing and shipping address. Credit Card financial information is not saved and only used via an encrypted page and credit card numbers, expiration dates and other secure information is not stored.
· "Cookie" Information: “Cookies” are text files that are sent from a website via your browser and placed on your computer's hard drive. We may use cookies to automatically collect information about your use of this website, such as the web pages you visit on the website, the date and time of your visit, the number of links you click within the site, the functions you use on the site, the databases you view and the searches you request on the site, the data you save on or download from the site, the websites you visited immediately before and after visiting the site, and when you open our e-mails or click on any of their links.

ASBL or our service providers will use information that we collect from or about you, including any personal information:
· to operate this website and our league,
· to send you information about your registration, team assignment, sponsorship, volunteer application, or other aspects of your or your player’s participation in ASBL,

· to bill you for products or services you purchased,

· to contact you to complete surveys or otherwise seek your feedback,

· in connection with any proposed or actual sale or other transfer of some or all assets of ASBL, and/or any proposed or actual sale or merger of ASBL or any division of ASBL,

· in other ways after obtaining your consent.
Security of Your Information
ASBL has implemented reasonable measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration, or destruction. However, no electronic data transmission or storage of information can be guaranteed to be 100% private and secure, and you understand that ALL does not ensure or warrant the privacy or security of any information we collect from or about you, and that you use the ASBL website and other ASBL services and provide us with information at your own risk.
Children Under the Age of 13
This website is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any personal information to or on our website. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this website or on or through any of its features/register on the website, make any purchases through the website, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this website, or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, or any screen name or user name you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.

ASBL’s website may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the ASBL website. ASBL does not control these third-party websites or their privacy practices, which may differ from ASBL’s. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal information you choose to provide to unrelated third parties is not covered by the ASBL Privacy Policy.
